    Hi Does anyone know ,if someone bought a property thru the shared equity scheme in West Aust. in 2009,if after six months,are they able to rent out the property.I know that keystart have changed their criteria many times .People are telling me if u get a loan now ,then u have to be an owner occupier.Im confused can someone tell me what the case was in 2009.Thanks
