    Hi Folks

    I’ve recently bought in Perth and looking to subdivide to sell off a strata titled block. I’m hoping to get some rough guidance from any one that has done this without building and doing a built strata. Council is Stirling and I have survey, feasibility and Agent valuation done, ready for submission.Any tips will be appreciated…Thanks…iball
