    Hi,

    I am a first time poster! I am thinking of purchasing houses to reno then sell. I am hoping to complete the reno's in short periods of time, and unsure of what type of insurance i would need. Has anyone had experience with this?

    It depends, are you going to hold a builders licence, is the work going to require someone to hold a licence or owner-builder licence?

    Building Insurance as an obvious one, but the I will assume the reno is cosmetic….. Nil insurance required.
