ive just become a member today and am wondering if anyone knows where i can access buyers beware guide? it seems to be sold out from this site.
im looking at positive cash flow investment properties and if anyone can give any advice before we begin that would be great!!
we live in melbourne and if anyone knows some great accountants geared towards positive cashflow investments, please let me know the details!any feedback would be great. we already have a 2bdrm flat that we purchased well under market value because it was a dump and weve almost finished renovations and are ready to use the equity from the flat to purchase our next property.
