    Hi,

Recently, one direct decides to waive the exit fee and I am thinking about switching to PMG loan. Its current CBR is 6.74%. After the calculation, it will save me $62 per month.

However, PMG doesn't waive its exit fee $1400 within 5 years.

Also, PMG seems one person company not like other online lender with big bank or insurance company.

I just wonder is anybody with PMG, any pro, con and feedback?

    Thanks a lot,

    Reginald

I understand the impact of exit fee may eat out all saving.

What I really want to know is : is someone with PMG loan satisfy with its customer service? And is any issue with their loan repayment calculation? It worries me when someone told me non bank lender usually miscalculate your mortgage repayment. Or their online website is not use-friendly and so on.

I will highly appreciate if someone with PMG shares his experience.

    Thanks,

    Reginald

Reginald, i hate to say as a minor lender probably not going to find too many clients use them for their funding.

In saying that probably the CEO of PMG will probably join tonight and tell me what a good outfit they are.

    Cheers
