Hi,
I am the owner of the houseshare and currently lease out 4 rooms for 4 tenants. I would like to get the landlord insurance for my investment property. NRMA doesn't have any landlord insurance for the share house.
I just wonder does somebody have the experience about the landlord insurance to the sharehouse. And which company offer the best deal in terms of lowest costs?
