I'm getting conflicting information from people regarding body corporates (or owners corporation as it is now known as). Is it two or more properties on the block that must have an owners corporation set up or is it three or more?
And if you have two properties on a block with two separate titles but have a shared driveway – you have to have an owners corporation? Is that correct?
If someone could clear this up for me then I can think clearly!
