Hi all,
Obviously, with most investing strategies one of the most critical elements in the equation is the renter.
Understanding the mind of renters I suspect would go a long way to formulating you plan of action.
Can anyone refer me to information that discusses the different types of renter. Their reasons for renting, their phsyce, what makes them tick?
Understanding the market will tell me what product they want.
