    Just got some money of around 45K from refinancing current property. With 20% deposit and closing cost,I search brisbane and find probably I can buy a 2 bed townhouse in woodridge area. It is still within reasonable distance from CBD. Any people familiar with the area? What streets are good, what are bad? when buying townhouse, shall I do the property inspection report like white ants and structure or it is not necessary? thanks for your help.

    Any unit/townhouse in Woodridge is generally great. Rents are super. Best locations are facing the super trail with ski-in ski-out

    where is Thredbo? The woodridge suburb I am talking about is the suburb at south of brisbane, bordering with suburb underwood.  Are you familiar with that area?
