    Hi
    I recently bought the house. House was built in the year 2003. Previous owner didn't get final approval from council.
    They did halfway. I asked council. Council asked me to check with previous owners. After the house built,  there are few ownes changed. So It's not possible to trace all the owners.

    I don't know what to do .

    Please help me.

    You probably need to get the surveyors in to do the final inspection (assuming it is finished). They will sign off on it and tell council.
