    Hi all,
    Have been watching this site for a while now and thought that maybe I could get some feedback about a contract I have just signed for a block of 4 units in Wandoan. From what I can see looking at QGC`s plans as well as Xstrata, Cockatoo Coal etc, is that I am in line to make some seriously good returns from these little shoeboxs.
    They are currently making good rent, and I know that QGC are on a lengthy contract in Wandoan, but still am starting to get a little apprehensive about the "what if`s". Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Lozsta,

    I know it’s been a while since you made the post but I was searching the forums for information about Wandoan as I am considering buying there. Just wondering if it is 17 East St that you had the contract on?
