Can anyone recommend an accountant in the ACT who is up to speed on the do's and don'ts of property investing and setting up the right structure?
I don't really want to have to go to Sydney, but will if I need to. We were considering going up there to try Chan and Naylor, but after reading the forum, we are having second thoughts.

Why don't you try Hadrill Account ing in the ACT. She is an active property investor herself.
