    Hi All,

    We are looking at buying at auction (not preferred but it is a State trustee auction and no priors accepted) and need to do the usual pest and building inspections. I have been recommended a builder but he doesn't appear to be licensed, RBP etc. Should the contractor carrying out the inspection have any accreditation or license?
