    Hi All

    I am about to embark on purchasing my first IP and setting it up in a trust.

    However, to do this i will need an accountant and from my reading preferably one who is experienced in property.

    Is there anyone in perth who could recommend a great accountant in this field?

    I think it's better if you advertise in news paper or hire some consultancy.

    I used Sondergaard in Osborne Park as a WA Accountant, they knew alot about IP and other Tax solutions.
