Can anyone recommend a financial advisor in the Sydney area that deals with property investment?
I have consulted a financial advisor previously but the advice was limited to the stock market and superannuation.
Basically I have 3 investment properties, no PPR, and a line of credit that ties up the properties, and need to know which way to go from here.

Sounds to me like you need a structured mortgage broker rather than a Financial Planner as you appear to be looking for loan advice.
