Hello to all property investors out there…..I am a new member to this site and am really enjoying it as I am an aspiring property investor. I would like to hear from anyone who has invested in Tasmanian properties or know of any great areas worthy of investment. I am interested to buy in Tasmania as the prices are still quite cheap in areas somewhat close to the city of Hobart, however I don't know to much on the demographics (or how to find recent stats on the net for that matter. There are a few areas which I have my eye on such as Huonville and Mornington.
If anyone has any advice or knowledge to help me would be greatly appreciated

Other worthwhile thing is to type in the suburb and find newspaper of the area to get an idea of what's going on.
I have been to Huonville and it is a pretty small but attractive little place.
