Cost: $10A meeting in a central Sydney location for anyone interested in property investing and wanting to meet and network with like-minded people. There will be a presentation of a current deal in New Zealand which is returning over 13% – your chance to ask questions and find out how it’s done. We are also planning to have a regular session of looking at an advertised deal, deciding what questions to ask the agents and then saying ‘deal or no deal’. To kick off, we’ll be looking at a property that’s offering a rental return of 11.75% – so why isn’t it selling??
