    Does anyone know how i can get profitability analysis/feasibility study software/forms, something that is easy to follow for a beginner.

    It depends on what property strategy that you are interested in.  There are many out there, simply tell us what strategy are you interested in pursuing.

    Hi Jason,

    I am currently looking at doing quick turn renovations and would eventually like to to unit/house developments in inner city Melbourne.
