Am thinking of a knock down rebuild on a investment property and the company I like can only build on a 2 metre slope (not sure exactly what that means). Anyway,will need a survey to find out if the land is to steep.What does a survey of this type generally cost?
A full topographic survey may only cost $1500-$2000 depending upon the site. I had the boundary IDed and a couple of RLs done for less than a grand. Do the ring around to a couple of surveyors.
