    Hello,
I am desperate to start up my owm equestrian business but have been struggling to find suitable premises. This is due to the current market and the fact that I will be a ’start-up’ business, i have been advised by my bank to rent for a min of 1-2 years, get my business up and running and then look at getting a commercial mortgage to buy suitable premises.
Trying to find suitable rental premises is proving impossible so I have decided to try another route……I am looking for someone who would be interested in buying an Equstrian property as along term investment and renting it to me for at least 1-2 years. There are various suitable properties in my chosen location( Ayrshire, Scotland)ranging from £450 – 950k dependent on facilites. In this current market they will be able to be purchased below market valuation and in a year or two they will be worth a lot more, especially combined with the successful business and onsite client base that I will build up. This is a genuine request and full details and business plan can be submitted on request. Please email me [email protected]
    Many thanks!
