Getting RP Data updated

Hi all,
            I was wanting to know how you can get data updated on RP Data.  I understand banks use this site amongst others to assist with valuations. But if the data on our properties it isn't updated then technically we (as investors) aren't getting our bang for our buck.  I know it doesn't make a world of difference but anything is better that nothing at the moment. I managed to score a free trial on PDS Live and updated information and new photos but what about RP Data.

What is the best way to do this if you don't have access and aren't good mates with a real estate agent?
