    Hi

    I have a quarter acre that i am looking to subdivide into two blocks one with an existing house on it.
    Does anyone know of a good “affordable” planning consultant in Melbourne that I could use to get the process through council.

    I would also like to know if anyone has managed the process themselves? is it worth it?

    I am looking into subdividing also. I would like to know how much it costs to subdivide a property into two blocks.
