Hi, I'm a beginner in real estate and in business in general. I wanted to pass three books along that I've found helpful in these areas.

    1) The Real Book of Real Estate, by Robert Kiyosaki

    2) Investing in Real Estate with Lease Options and "Subject-to" deals, by Wendy Patton

    3) The 4-Hour Workweek, by Timothy Ferriss

The first two are Real Estate oriented and the third is kind of a business/internet business/internet marketing hybrid with lifestyle design concepts mixed in there.

The 4-Hour Work Week is an AMAZING book and I loved it.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the Real Book of Real Estate though. I found the stories in it irrelevant to where I was at and so I couldn’t learn much that I could apply.

One of my favourite books about business that I just read is Richard Branson’s book “Losing My Virginity”.

Again not specifically related to property, but a great read for all business people. It really expands your mind.

    I loved that book!
The way Richard Branson has got where he is so inspirational.
I read it on my last holiday  and have since recommended it to dozens of friends.
