    Hi Guys just wondering im looking to buy a residential cabin which of course doesnt have a title buy would be +cashflow even if i borrow 100%
    the problem is that i cant take a mortgage out on it as there is no title.
    Personal loan is the only thing i can think of… is there any other way???

    Not unless you have equity in another residential security or similar.

    I will assume the Vendor doesnt wish to finance it to you ?
