    Hi all,

    im looking at a couple of blocks of land just outside Miles in QLD, they are suspected to be soil type E (extremely reactive) builders have said that this will add $30k per dwelling for the required footings. does any one know of resources that detail historic data on soil types in QLD. How much is it to get a soil test? is it worth building or should i just sit on the land? Or should i just steer clear alltogether.

    400m2 for $120,000- ALREADY SUBDIVIDED INTO 4 1000M2 LOTS

    Any comments??
