    Quick question…
    I have put my PPOR on a block of land, the house being architectually designed which cost about $19k. We are now having plans drawn up for a second house on the block which we will strata title. Just want to know whether the architect fees will come under the cost base for the house? And what sort of fees will I be up for If I decide to sell on completion of this 2nd house? Thanks for your help. Cheers
