I’m ready to buy my second investment property. I’m looking for a little advice from an experienced investor in melbourne.
I’ve just been to mildura to find cash flow properties. I’m not sure if im looking in the wrong areas or if im not working out my figures properly.
I am well researched but think I just need some help steering in the right direction as I dont know anyone that I can bounce ideas off.Would someone mind taking an hour out of their time for a coffee, or let me buy you lunch for your time.
