    Hi everyone

    I am overseas and looking to buy an investment property in australia. Looking for a 1 or 2 bed apartments where rental properties are in demand by tenants and the yields are fairly good. Where do you suggest?

    Are you Australian?  If so, do you plan to return to reside in Australia, and if so, where?

    If you are not Australian, have you checked out what sort of property you are and are not allowed to buy?

    The answers to these questions will have an impact on the responses you'll receive.
