    Hello from Wallion, LONDON,
I have been a guest here for some time and finally joined, I hope that's alright. It's been great to be with you all. This a fantastic resource for techs in general. Even if those who visit do not fix emergency apparatus, I know there is a better understanding of how things work and of course the three Ds. DO's DONT's and DONTEVER's.

Conveyancing is the process by which the legal title is transferred from the seller to the buyer. This is generally a straight forward process but sloppy conveyancing practice makes the process unnecessarily cumbersome and protracted. The process detailed in this report is that followed by Solicitors and Conveyance-rs at Phew! Please contact us for further information.

Remember, conveyancers must be licensed in the state in which they work in Australia.
