    Hi,

I just finished reading Steve's book and is all inspired to go out and find meself a PCF whilst continue renting. BUT, I hit two problems quickly.. One, I do not have enough deposit (since I just graduated and started work for just over a year with no immediate family members in Australia) to fund a PCF even if I found one >> any advice on that?

two>> my ultra cheap rental days are coming to an end as the landlord is going to put it on market. There is great potential in rental income from that unit and I would like to continue living in it. I do not mind buying it and then house-sharing it with others. but again I do not have enough funds, what are my options now?? Has anyone become an owner occupier and rented out one of their rooms, could you tell me how it was like to manage others?

    Any information is appreciated.

Perhaps buying it under a "Rent to Buy" situation.  Or with vendor finance…
