Good Afternoon Everyone,
I have 1 Investment Property which is currently being managed by a Realestate Agent (approx 9% admin charge). The current lease expires in Mid-July 2010. I am planning on self-managing the property after the lease so that I can get more cash flow and learn how to manage property or properties in the future.
Could I please request for the process that needs to be followed and any helpful tips that are required to Manage my own property. I will really appreciate any response and Thanks in advance for your help as always.
