    Hi all,

    I am currently looking at getting a IP, what reports (pest etc) should i request before buying anything and also who pays for them?

    What can i get the real estate to get me free, or where should i start

    please help

    You should check the building – structurally etc with a building report and you should check for pests such as termite with a pest inspection. These are optional and some people don't get them. You pay for them too.
