    I ahve 2 places in central Perth and I'm tempted to off them. I've spent a few years overseas now and I've come to appreciate how hugely overvalued property in this country really is.

    Is it time to sell?

    You're on the wrong forum buddy, everyone here is going to say hold and never sell.

    Try searching for a property bubbleforum  and you'll get advice to sell.

    ps. I sold my two IPs for that reason, but that doesnt mean its the best thing to do.

    buy and hold is one thing

    sell for profit is another,if u can sell for profit and want to then go for it.
