Tampa, Florida is one of the hottest sectors where the real estate scenario is quite well developed. I think that it would be a very good thing to have some property there. I have heard from a couple of people and it's working good for them so if you are planning about having one then I would suggest you to go ahead with the process and, in case you need some help there are plenty of people involved in the real estate business there and would be more than happy to help you out with the process.

icybarns, i just finished reading two of your posts and i dont think you actually said anything in either of them?

thats quite a skill considering how many words you wrote to say nothing…

haha!  Some people aim for quantity over quality!

Many commentators agree that a new collapse in RE is imminent (in the US).

With no recourse loans (unlike in Aus), people can just walk away.

Lots of loans repayments start small and automatically increase each year.

2011 will see a large number of properties with huge increases in repayments and people will simply walk away.

It can take 12 months or more to kick people out once they stop paying

Many say Florida has some of the best bargains anywhere.
