All Topics / Help Needed! / What does it mean by 'Under offer', can I still buy a property?
Hi i am a beginner for property buying, what does 'under offer' mean, can i still buy such property? many thanks in advance
It means that someone has offered a price and it is being considered but the offer hasn't been accepted yet. You still have a chance.
