    Hello everyone,

    My partner and I have newly arrived to Melbourne and are looking for a property to buy. We both work in the south east and are looking to buy around there.

    We have been looking at Properties in Noble Park near Monash Uni but were wondering if this is a good area to buy? Are there any areas that you would recommend to be buying in at this stage?

    Hi – welcome to Melbourne :) Is Bayside an option for you? That would be my recommendation – beach, public transport/trains. Regards, Maree

    Hi Maree,

    We would love to live on the beachside, but unfortunately our funds will not allow this! We probably have about 300K avail to us.
