Attention: Investors
I have a place on the Pennisular , at Margate which I have owned since Sept 07. I have been thinking that I would like to sell it and have someone coming to meet me today to list it. However, I am still in two minds. I have this house with my sister on a 60/40 split and we just decided to sell it so that we could both go our own ways. I bought it with her to help her get into the market. Iam aware of the new Hornibrook bridge that is getting built in the area which would cease traffic congestion etc. is this an area of boom time soon or has anyone heard anything about this area etc
I could always buy her half out which is something I am now considering.

Ps the House is a 3 bedroom, q'lander (not tradional with verandah) could possibly be lifted to obtain sea views, the home is about 300m from the beach, timber floors etc 1 bathroom
purchased for mid $300's in 07cheers
