Hi – I purchased a unit some years back that I have a real estate agent managing. It is in QLD and is part of a smaller complex with 14 units (3 story).
I'm new to all of this.

It seems their is a letting agreement between the body corporate and the company I purchased this through.
What is this for if I have an agent managing my property?
If there is no need I dont see why I cannot cancel since the contract states I can use other letting services and
why would this ever be put in place for?

    Thanks.
    Luke

As the registered owner unless the original Development had a management right condition or similar there is no reason why you cant use any property manager for your rental.
