    This is rarely used investment technique in my country and I'd like to explore this opportunity further.

    Can anyone let me have a copy of a typical contract for an Installment Sale (Wrap) agreement? Although our laws may be slightly different in South Africa, this will help me to formulate my own contract.

    I'd also like to know how the following issues / costs are dealt with in this form of transaction;

    1.) CGT
    2.) Estate Agent's commission
    3.) Admin Fees

    I'd be gratefull for any guidance as I educate myself on this little-known topic in SA.

    Regards
    Richard

    Richard

    Hate to say it is illegal in South Australia with the odd exception.

    Needs to be done on a Rent to Buy or similar basis.
