All Topics / Help Needed! / what to do with 600sqm?
hey guys, as some of you know, i have just purchased my first IP in central frankston (however, not karingal)
the house is a pull down job, and it is sitting on about 596sqm (to be precise), of flat land.
the owner reckon that he has beach views if you get up on his roof as well, and i believe him!
now, i was looking to do a development, 2 X 3 bedroom double story townhouses (hopefully with double garage) in the near future ( < 4 YEARS)
the block not not NARROW, but NOT WIDE, a typical frankston block really.
what are people opinion.
for example,
could you see my proposal going ahead?
what troubles may i encounter?
would it be best to see an architect to design them, then get builders quotes.
any help is much appreciated guys/gals.
