    Hi all,

    I’m finding it difficult to compete with the first home buyers in Melbourne/Victoria.
    Does anyone have any suggestion in terms of where to look for:

    1, High growth properties
    2, Cash Flow +ve properties

    There are lots of tips of how to go about finding CF +ve already, but it would be great to hear some recent experiences!
    Any comment would be greatly appreciated!
