I bought a brand new apartment 6 months ago and already having problems.
In the balcony area there are huge paint bubbles and cracks that can be seen from a distance. Although this should come under warranty, the problem I’m having is that the company that constructed the property have been liquidated and my building committee members are suggesting that the warranty will not apply any longer.
The damages could cost me $1000s of dollars. Can anyone suggest the best solution please?
