Are there any good web sites to get data/information on where to buy an investment property?

No, I was hoping to get my head around the variables of what makesa good investment, where they are, some sales data etc?
Most reports such as the Residex report we use relate to individual properties so you need a security address.
Certainly they provide some interesting statistical information and demographic assessment.
