Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum however I would like some advise regarding your experiences with Managing Agents. I recently had  terrible experience with a Melbourne property managing agency and am looking for advice on who performs and who does not.  Thankyou.

If I ever have a problem with a property manager, I escalate the issue to the licensee of the REA. They are responsible for the running of the agency. If they are unwilling/unable to assist, take your business elsewhere – even if it means going out of the area.

Thank you Scott.  I'll check what the REA can do in this case.  However, I have since left Andrews Corp after several mediation meetings, hundreds of emails to the agent and director, and endless promises from them including a 4 month no-fee period but they have cost me so much money due to their disorganisation and lack of respect for tenants that I have had to take all my business elsewhere.

I have experienced an array of property management companies mostly with disappointment. I was recommend Just Rent Sydney and i have been extremely impressed by them. They are very diligent and professional. I can only say good things about them, which is a nice change!
