    Hi Guys,

One of the research points I am looking into is if the following situation possible?:

    4 beneficiaries in a Trust (A, B, C & D)

If A were to purchase a Property under the Trust and then rent (cost of mortgage+rates etc) it out to B, C & D and that A would not  reside in this property:

    1. Would there be any issues considering we would all be members of the same trust?
    2. would Interest on the home loan be tax deductible?
    3. is this considered PPOR or IP?

Apologies if i don't make sense, I'm still trying to make sense of all this myself and to see what is possible, currently we are all renting and looking at ways to both start a portfolio and not rent! :)

    Thanks
