    Hi Everyone,

    I have 3 dugouts in SA ( underground house/units ) and could only go through a local Bank for insurance and it cost an arm and a leg.
    Does anyone know of anything more competitive or a good broker who can do some research and get a better deal?

    Any feedback would be great – thanks

    Try one of the insurance brokers – you may pay a slight premium but at least they will test the market and come back with a range of options.

    Have done but so far they just scratch their heads… I have them insured already but 1200 bucks a shot for 100k of insurance is a bit hard to swallow. I’ll keep looking though..

    Act stupid and ask one of the real estate agents who leases the properties out who do their owners use, if anyone?
