This is the heads up for WAIP’s May meeting.
WAIP is proud to present for our May get together a very special speaker: Ana Stankovic from WinningFormulasForSuccess.com. When it comes to real estate getting a little bit of expert advice can go a very long way. And Ana certainly is an expert in her field.
Ana Stankovic is passionate about sharing her understanding of what she likes to call active real-estate investing. By active, she means not waiting for unpredictable market factors to create profitability, but rather, by employing proactive steps that add immediate value and marketability. She specializes in Renovating for Profit, including cash and cash-flow strategies, and she repeatedly makes hundreds of thousands of dollars from her deals without a single unprofitable sale.
Currently featured in an article on Outdoor Renovations in the April issue of Australian Property Investor magazine, she was also featured in an article on cosmetic renovations in the March issue of Australia Property Investor magazine and was a case study on adding value to property through adding bedrooms, in the February issue of Australian Property Investor magazine. And as if that was not enough she was also recently featured in a special edition on Women in Real estate in The Age newspaper.
Ana is a force to be reckoned with. She and her WinningFormulasForSuccess.com website are an amazing source of information on Renovating & Adding value to Property for Resale or increasing its Rental return. If you have every wanted to know anything about Renovating for Profit, you will no doubt learn something from Ana.
Ana will be taking us through the whole Renovate and Profit process of: sourcing renovation deals: what to look for, where, how to recognise it, how to quickly sift through the thousands of potential deals to ones worth investigating further and making offers. She will also show us how to perform super inspections and easily calculate the full cost of the renovation upfront, how to use her Property Analysis Template to cost out the real profit in any deal, every time (regardless if it is a renovation, subdivision or a development), and compare not just different deals, but different variations of the same deal, what to renovate for highest returns, sourcing materials, and of course closing the deal whether through sale or rental. You will not want to miss this!
