    Hi Everyone,

    I've just stumbled across this site which has some very useful information. Its been great reading.

    I'm looking to buy an investment property in the inner west of Melbourne. It would be great to hear from people who have properties in this area or are familiar with the area.

    Do you think it has good growth potential? What are your perceived negatives and positives of the area? Do the positives outweigh the negatives?

    Australian Property Investment Magazine April issue has an article in the back pages on Victoria. I think it mentioned Footscray but I am not 100 percent sure.
