    Hi,

i have been going through a few scenarios in regards to managing a few of our own properties in the same area in WA. i have been interested in getting educated in property management for some time as we self manage at the moment and want to learn more.

i wish to establish a company to manage our own properties (atleast to start off with). properties are in our own names and corp trustees name. i was once told another trust set up can do this however in WA you are required to do a property management course (not an issue) but have to work under someone with a licence witch is an issue.

is there anyway i can use a seperate entity to manage the properties?

    thanks for the help

    regards

    pete

Lordy, Lordy, Lordy! I am trying to come to grips with what you are trying to do and why. If you are seeking to charge PM fees back onto the 'owners' then you may need to hold an RE licence unless you are the owner of the trusts etc which own those properties.
