I remember when Henry Kaye hit the scenes big time the (i bought 80 properties on the week end what did you do?) was one of his adds.

I was wondering what would happen if you went out tomorrow and bought 100 million dollars of real estate under a property option for $1.00 and said I just bought 100 million dollars of real estate on the weekend for $1,00 in a recession what did you do?

It’s not as crazy as it sounds what do you think?

Do we need something big to get us all motivated again?
